Dear Parents,
This has been a wonderful term. The children returned after the Easter break with such energy and enthusiasm following our spring concert. Thank you once again to all parents and children who made this show such a success.
We have 37 children taking examinations this term and we wish them the best of luck. There will be more examination sessions in the autumn.
I am sorry to announce that Angela is retiring at the end of this term. Over the last 10 years she has been a wonderful administrator and a real help to me, not to mention a reassuring presence sitting at the entrance for every lesson. However I am pleased to say that Carol will be joining us as our new Administrator next term.
This term we have had Jazz dance teacher Ros Wilkins join us who is leading Jazz classes for girls aged 9 and upwards in Hailey Village Hall. I would like to welcome Ros to The Windrush School of Ballet and I am looking forward to watching some of the lessons to see how the students progress!
Please note that our Hailey Pre-School class will start 15 minutes earlier next term at 2pm. This is to allow parents more time to return to collect older children from school.

I hope you all have an enjoyable summer holiday. We return on Monday 6 September and I look forward to seeing everyone again after a well deserved break.
