Autumn Term Newsletter
news page
Dear Parents

The end of another term is upon us and, as usual, things have been very busy with our numbers increasing consistently.

The Sleeping Beauty Workshop was very well attended and the feedback we had from parents and pupils was very positive.  Michael Berkin thoroughly enjoys coming to our workshops, even though it is quite a journey for him from Leeds.

We have an examination day on 8th December and 30 pupils have been entered.  We wish them all good luck – I know that they will all perform to the very best of their abilities.

A new timetable is attached to this newsletter.  There are just a few changes next term, but those pupils who attend on Fridays and Saturdays need to note that the term will commence on Friday, 4th January.  This is because it is a very short term and Good Friday and Easter Saturday have reduced our sessions.  We anticipate that our exam day next term will again be on a Saturday, which will cut the number of sessions down to 10, even with the early start date – if this is the case, then all pupils attending on Saturdays will get an additional lesson during the following term to compensate.

We would be grateful if all fees could be paid during the first two weeks of term when Carol will be available (if you have more than one child attending then fees can be split over the two half-terms).  You can also pay online and the details are as follows:

NatWest - Sort Code:  55-81-35
The Windrush School of Ballet
Account Number:  89001389

We hope you all have a happy and restful Christmas and look forward to seeing you all in the New Year.

Best wishes

Pat
